Recently Bought A 1.6 Hlx With Alarm & Remote Central Locking On The Key But With Mine I Only Got The 1 Blue Key Instead Of 2 & The Burgandy Key. So Wots The Problem You Ask!!! Well I Went My LocaL Fiat Dealership & According To Them Cos I Dont Have The Code Card Thingy Its Gonna Cost Me £300 For Another To Be Made. Nuts To That For A Key Lol. I Then Rang Fiat UK & Got A Nice Lady & Low And Behold She Said Its Not Needed Ive Just Gotta Go In And Tell Them To Check Sumkind Of Security Register So Looks Like My Local Dealership Were Tryin To Rip Me Off! Wot Ya Reckon??

if you have code 1 systeam to code a new key to the car you need the red key if you do not have that key you will need a block code kit which is a new lock set with all the key and they all will have chips in and you will need a new ecu and code box will cost about £900 then you will need the roof reciver number should be a four digit number on a white tag if you dont have that you will need a new roof reciver (interior light) if you have a code 2 you just need a new key and the code card number your fiat dealer should be able to get it thought the secuity register you can tell code 1 or 2 cos code 2 will have 2 on the metal part of the key code one has nothing

yep it is code one vey expensive unless you just want a spare key that want work the remote locking you can get one cloned for a car lock smiths other wise new ecu code box and block coded kit
