Panda New from the Netherlands

Hi, I'm Michiel from Utrecht, The Netherlands. We have a 2006 yellow Panda. Never had any problems until now. Since a few weeks the Fuse F41 keeps popping out (short circuit). I hope you may can help me solve this problem.

What is fuse 41 for?
