Didn't recently someone had their almost standard sei that made 70+ bhp with old school ? No one jump on that case there.

There has been lots of doubts about my new power gain from my exhaust install but i now have the print out of my rolling road result, hopefully this will put any doubts at rest now


you may not be able to workout what is at the bottom but it says
Maxpower output before system install 75bhp*
Maxpower output after system install 84bhp*

* figure average over 4 runs

I think I'll take my standard Schumacher down there and try for 58bhp.

You should they do a very good job at a low price of around £140 - £150 for the back box and i think around £200 im not sure for a full or cat back system
As i know one of the mechanics i do get a lil dicount

i was only charged £40 for my dyno run but thats discounted due to being friends with a mechanic but i dont think its much more than that

i reckon your old zort must have been messing up your old settup dropping the original line. with the new zorst it goes back to where it should be and then mabee 3/4bhp from the new one.

either way you see a improvement and you like the look.

Shave off some flywheel weight. at a guess 1.5kg would give you that easily enough.

Get the flywheel lightened
Ported inletmanifold, i have one from a uno turbo. the shape is pretty much straight to intake from induction kit, no forks in its path.
service it with some bosh super 4 sparks

that might give you atleast! 6bhp. but id look at the torque

cant you fit a punto injector to get more fuel in there?
