Technical New clutch - gears not selecting on idle

I replaced the clutch and gearbox this weekend and now it seems after the clutch has been bled that it does not select the gears easily. It goes in easy as soon as the car is roling.

To me it sems as if the pushrod is too short?

Is there any other way to adjust the pedal?

Very likely to be a hydraulic issue. Lazy slave or master cylinder due to poor seals or trapped air despite your bleeding. The slave pushrod should have less distance to travel with more meat on the clutch.
