hi there,

havent been here for a time,

have new alu discs, thing is theres small play at centre - its small enough, that smallest spigot ring I could found wont fit (1mm thickness, 58,1 to 60,1, the play is something around 1mm max at diameter)-that means some 0.3-0.5mm thick spigot ring would fit).

- do i have to worry about this??

Thanks

Big lathe eh? I need to get a set of lovely old 6x13 Compomotives bored out a little for 124 Coupe - came off a X1-9 apparently, bit smaller.

Maybe. I'd be inclined to suck it and see, but be bloody careful.

The plastic (horrible idea, but it usually works) spigot rings are probably polyurethane, so if you can get some dense enough, you could make your own (use something like a GRP release agent -- in effect it's PVA dissolved in methanol) on surfaces you don't want it bonding to.

Well the Sei OEM wheels will gall on even with copper slip on spigots after a winter - remove bolts tugging hard does not work soft hammer needed.

An OEM set of 13s is cheap Id sell these on and get a set from Cento Painter or Jiminwatford. But check your spigots with caliper just on case

Fiat recommend you run wides on sporting drop.

thats the stuff you need to take up the xs play another way is aluminium tape ( like duct tape ) wrap around hub then trim xs off

great idea!!! now iam swapping to winter sheet wheels, but in spring will use these. I remember that time ago I had similar aluminium tape, maybe its still hidden somewhere in shed,

these will definitely fit and do the job, thanks!!

problem solved
