Seicento need help with camshaft

hi,
i need some help with a camshaft upgrade, i have a 2003 seicento mpi and have just fitted a punto 60 mpi engine with a super-sprint 4 branch manifold and system, induction kit, race leads and iridium plugs and a remap but it is still not quite there.
i now want to fit the 75 cam but am having trouble finding the right one, i want a new one so i phoned Thames fiat but as i don't have the reg or vin they couldn't help, i have been trying to get a part number from the internet and saw ePER and i think its part number 7772866 for m3 or m7 but I'm not sure can anyone help me ?
also is there anything i need to know about fitting it, i assume its just a direct replacement.

People generally refer to them as an 866 cam, so that part number is probably right, but I'd be surprised if you can get them new.

you know i didn't notice the last 3 of that part number was 866, so you must be right.
do you know if there is any problems fitting the 75 cam to the 60 engine?
