I have this car to look at. Where i live there is no Fiat, Citroen specialist. The owner was driving when the wipers and horn started going by themself. Het stopped to remove the battery then noticed smoke coming from the engine bay. The starter motor was on fire. Replaced the starter but the car won't start. If i jump the starter motor it start right away and runs good. The powersteering and ABS do not work. There is power on both of them. With my code reader i can't find the ABS or powersteering. Where can i start looking? I think that the BCM behind the glove box is at fault. Does this needs to be programmed when replacing it?
