Only people that can programme a brand new key are Fiat themselves at a pretty hefty cost. Unsure if they can actually re-programme an old one....methinks not unless the correct chip is embedded in the key in the first place. That is a remote key. There are places that can do a manual key that, manually unlocks the door and will start the car. I got one done in Glasgow for £70. There are places online that say they can do a remote key but depends where you are in the UK and also unsure if anyone has actually used one of these guys and been successful.
