Technical Navteq problem in Stilo Abarth

Hi

Can anyone help me with a problem with my Navteq Sat Nav. The CD containing the maps will no longer work. Whenever I insert the CD I get a "CD error" displayed. I tried inserting the set up CD, but nothing happens. I don't have a user manual to try to identify the problem. Would appreciate any advice.

Try searching for "Connect Nav +", that is what the system is called Does any other CD work??

Thanks for the reply

After removing the map CD, music CD's will not play. If I turn the system off and on again, it will then play music CD's without any problems, until I again try to use the map CD.
