Technical Mysterious connector

Hello all!

I just joined the forum,as a first step in preparing my Panda for the Panda Raid 2026!

Now, the first question that I have, does anybody know what type of connector is this? I found it hanging, with some dodgy wire setup attached to it, supplying the car radio and lighter socket? I have removed that, and was wondering for what this connector was used originally? It is very short and next to the main fuse box.

Just a guess but is the heater fan working?

Yes, everything else works (heater fan included). I will dive into electrical drawing....
