They're out of the tin crap, mum decided she wanted peas at the very last minute, so didn't have time to cook frozen ones.

Chestnut mushroom, cherry tomato and pea risotto, seems I'm on a healthy week again, no takeaway so far!

Met up with a friend for lunch, went to Bella Italia I had the spinach cannelloni

had sweet thai chillie rice with a tin of tuna
i had salmon and cream cheese toasted muffin with poached eggs for lunch
home made wedges an some rice thing, was nice
