It's a misspelling on sin, as in he's not breaking the rules of his slimming world thingy. Each dish (I assume) gets given a syn value, the lower the better.
not each dish, most of it syn free, things like gravy have syns, can have about 10-15 syns a day. naked mint lolly is about 4
tonight dinner is spag bol and will be completely syn free :slayer:

Went out for lunch - breaded mushrooms and Sunday roast :yum: (& good company!)
