depends if you are going to tram it over all the bumps, if you are going to slow down then you should be ok for a bit, but it will speed up the rate at which they wear out.

45 should still be ok. IMO as long as it hasn't been sat around for a few months/years everything will still be in sound condition. Coilies available for the Mk1's anymore?

Plenty of breaking Mk1's aswell if you needed a part/shock

I was battered when I saw what I thought was your car! Could have been a letterbox or something though

Had nice shiney red paint and anthracite wheels and looked lowered.
