Beau, that's naughty! Thought you learnt the error of your ways when you tried to stick a turbo badge onto a 5 door two tone Uno :rolleyes: :p

The drivers door looks a bit rough. Are you going to try and get replacement?

And how's the engine running now? Still looks like a bargain for 200 quid (y)

obv your getting new wheels and lowering so...

my advice...

lose the Alpine stickers before you lose your headunit.

GT badges, why bother.

lose the side bumpstrips they look odd with abarth skirts.

mk2 bonnet badge.

Good job on knocking the dent out of the drivers door looks abit better and fitting the clear side repeaters.

are they tinted rear lights ?

lol, reflection makes me look well wierd lol cos the boot's curved.

yer will be lowering and new wheels

alpine stickers will go soon lol, just wanted to put them to come use lol

gt badges will go when its all de-badged.

again, will remove bump strips when de-badge front and rear.

and yes there tinted rear lights :)
 
Up badging a car is stupid imo it's not a GT even if it's as quick or quicker... it'll be something better, cause it's a one off!

Dont do it with all the GT bits, next you will be hanging your head out the window making your best dumpvalve impression.

plus when you get wasted by someone you end up making us real GT owners look like we own slow cars.

as for overheating, does the fan kick in ?

with the car turned off check the fan see if you can move it in and out the bearings could be shagged.

If the fan doesnt kick it check the fuse for it, otherwise it could be the wiring or fan switch.

have you checked if the oil and water have mixed, check underside of the oil cap for mayo, check the heaters are still hot in the car.

if the fan works and the above are ok try bleeding the system.

no the fan does not work, but its more than that as the car sounds reallly really rough.

i dont think its the head gasket as it isnt loosing water or anything, il check cap but i think its fine.

well could be the fuse for the fan, the wiring or the fan switch.

all simple enough job to do.

as for the noise, you will have to get a video up.

does it smoke at all ?
 
deffinatly lose the GT badge it looks silly, as for the rough engine....engine swap? probably easier than messing about with the broken one, especially if you find its somthing serious mechanically

well going to try and see whats wrong first, gt badge doesnt look silly lol, looks good :D

i might just fit another engine, but 75 isnt exactly an engine widely available.
