Room for a nice dual core aluminium jobbie and big intercooler there. 
normal coolant is less effective at cooling that straight water yes, the coolant we use generally is just a rust inhibitor and to stop the water from freezing.
But you can buy purpose made waterless coolant which is designed to not be diluted - i never really done much reading on the topic but i know Evans is the biggest manufacturer of the stuff. http://www.evanscoolants.co.uk/
I got 5ltrs of waterless coolant for £49.99 which was fair
So far the fan hasn't kicked in yet so its doing its job
Which is a shame because want to see the cooling power of my 20v Marea fan
5l for 50 squid, thats to much atleast for me, you can get 3l of red antifreeze for 10 squid+ 1squid for distilled water
