General My poor uno

Sold my uno a couple of months back now to a 20 year old girl. still see it around.

My heart sank when i saw it this weekend with a big dent in the front wing wish i could've kept it.

Yep it is a nice Uno oh well

I got £500 for it... wasn't really sure what it's worth.

I now have an orange mk2 punto. Haven't done any 'personalising' yet.

Is the Punto as much fun to drive?

I'm glad you got the price you wanted for your Uno. It was just ready for dropping a Turbo lump / turbo kit in too.

This might sound daft but, you don't feel the acceleration as much in the punto. my uno was quite nippy for a small engine. I found the uno much easier to park Cornering at speed felt good aswell... doesn't so much in the punto.

Hmmm I wonder if she would sell it

I see you didn't get round to uprating the seats or clocks from Base trim.

Good too see you got the proper switch for the front Fogs. I have yet to wire in my new front fogs. I think I only need the switch button, relay and a wiring loom. Did you wire in the front fogs yourself?

Very observent!

Didn't change the seats or clocks but what i did do was...

add electric windows, rear opening windows, spoiler, 14" alloys, fron fogs behind the grill (i still have the turbo bumper and the fogs which i didn't get round to fitting... that's why i got the button) not forgetting the instrument panel clock and a cigarrette lighter!! colour coded wing mirrors and clear front and side indicators

I have a chipped O/S one and the MK1 has N/S missing

Yeah I'm selling, I think I still have them I'll have a look.

They actually came off a tipo but I'm almost certain they're the same... only u may need to cut off the plug and swap it for the uno one.
