Hello guys!!!
I'm Danny and i have a 2002 Red Seicento Sporting MPI with A/C,Electric Steering wheel and 14" Abarth wheels.
It all started two months ago when i bought a Punto 75 1.2 8V engine and a short 6-Speed gearbox from Punto 55.The result was a nicely rebuilded and tuned engine with some unique custom made mods and the best part of it is that the Punto 75 Engine, now uses all the newer technology the 1.1 Seicento MPI has and this is done by having the Punto 75 running with Knock Sensor,Seicento MPI Inlet Manifold and Seicento MPI TB all running on Stock Marelli Ecu which can be nicely remaped(Yes we have magicians here).
Now i'm going to write down all the mods of my car:
-Punto 75 8V Engine - 1.242cc with 75HP
-Total engine rebuild with 0km/h(everything replaced with new ones)
-Punto 866 Camshaft Reprofiled to 268 degrees
-Custom Adjustable Vernier Pulley With Shock Sensor made by T16 Aluminium (Used the the Stock Seicento 1.1 MPI vernier pulley and mod it)
-Engine Block + Head ported, polished and skimmed - metallic gaskets(Compression ratio 10:5 for safety)
-Polished Crankshaft
-Punto 75 Flywheel - Lightened and Balanced
-4 Puck Custom Racing Clutch Kit
-Fiat Punto 55 6-Speed Short Gearbox
-Colder than stock Spark Plugs
-Bored out the Stock Seicento 1.1 MPI Manifold to 40,5mm
-Waiting "sparky5" to deliver me the 40mm MPI TB
-Custom Stainless Steel 50mm Exhaust pipes with with center 47mm Stainless Steel FOX Box and Remus Group N Stainless Steel backbox.
*Next week i will have my 4-1 custom Exhaust Manifold(4-1 and not 4-2-1 because we need power at high rpm as the car is 8V and already has a lot of power in lower RPMs)
-I have also replaced the radioators to new ones, and got me noew engine mounts.
The car is on 14" Abarth Wheels with 185/50/14 Maxxis Tyres.
Suspension : FK Yellow High Tec Shock Absorters front + rear with Eibach Sportline Red 30mm lowering springs.
-Today,I am also installing Punto GT2 brakes front + Rear
Brembo MAX discs with Galfer pads.
The only things i need now is a good Seicento MPI Induction Kit(maybe GSR or something) and a Front Strut Brace - tell me your opinion on both of these two.
