yeah i did and at the time it was 9k and the garage offered me 6.5k for mine
which was out of my reach (if you also incluse the hike in insurance) but 1k i would have got my hands on!
i really hope it does go to a good home
go to the vauxhall garage and offer then 7
im sure they will want more than 7k for it. i know i would!!!

Well they already have a probable buyer for the Stilo
One of the guys who was interested in it has already contacted them.
Looks like I will get a commission from it too
Yes I got the car and the dealers were unbelievable, they even came out with a big bunch of flowers for Chrissy. Never known that before, made her day. Buying a new car aint exactly a major thing for some women so that was just great for her
The car itself is wonderful, an absolute monster when you want it to be but easy enough to drive around town too :worship:

the flowers are a normal thing with vauxhall the Wife has had them every time she bought a car there just a shame their service is not up to scratch I hope our experience of Vauxhall here in Cardiff will not be a reflection of what you get one thing for sure she said to me this afternoon that a test drive and exit entry of our driveway will definatly be on the cards for the next car [Stilo]

MPG I haven't got a clue, but the way it tempts me to floor it at every safe opportunity then it wont be too far into the double figures
Did anyone watch that program on sky last night called wrecks to riches, well the tuning expert they had on talking to that vicki girl is John Thorne, the guy from thorney motorsports who'll be doing the remap etc

Well here's one reason my choice was made all the more satisfying :
Lap around the Nurburgring Vauxhall Standard Astra VXR/Opel OPC -8min,36sec
faster than Ford Focus ST225 (8m51s)
Only less than 1 second behind Bimmer 130i.

I have been trying hard not to write this but my only criticism of the car and Vauxhall as a whole is the parts sharing thing, i.e. you paid £XXXXX for the VXR but it has the same CD Player (albeit with MP3 capability) as the cheaper Corsa SXsomething or another plus all those poor sods who bought the latest Tigra only to find it had the Corsa dash and interior, cool outside budget crap inside, come on VX buck up the ideas!

well i fink tht is amazin the exterior is spot on , the dash is a little plan but its ok
The seats look like supportive and comfortable, the only way they wud be beta if they were trim in the leather like the stilo was
