i just inherited a 00 red seicento but the clutch cable and the head gasket might be gone

i am 16 and can't wait to get her out on the road any advice well appreciated

The clutch cable is covered in the guides, but be aware that the cable usually goes because the clutch needs renewing.

For the head gasket, the only way to check if it has gone is to do a compression test or a coolant pressurisation test. The tests are a lot cheaper than pulling the head, getting it skimmed, new gasket, etc.
