Why have they got I on them ????
Could be inland revenue ..or irrational stilo owner ..not an Irish plate are they :shrug:
cars made in italy, like people who have vw's etc have D on thiers. to make it look like its from the country that they are built.
and irish plates have IRL on them.
Just looks a bit daft, your not Italian, you dont live in Italy, you dont have an Italian registered car?
The 3d pressed effect looks good, and would look even better with a GB on it, likely not legal, but its so hard to tell what is and what isnt these days. Although with the I they likely wont be legal.

They are illegal.
We have the I on to symbolise our patriotism for our heritage, I find it quite bizzare that an English person would want to display an I on his number plate, GB or St'George flag would be more appropriate.

the police don't seemed to be bothered about illegal plates anyway as long as they can read them, mine even passed it's MOT with illegal plates.
yes i,m an old git & things change ... but how anyone can get excited about a number plate wants to get out & about a bit more
