Panda springs and shocks are very different to cinqs.

You could take a hacksaw to the current springs (assuming you have a spare set if things go wrong! And are willing to take the risk)

Wouldn't do that myself, proper lowering springs are stiffer, doing this could make the handling dangerously unpredictable.

i found some springs but only have a 35mm drop.I'm looking more for 60mm. i'll put up some more pics when ive done a bit to her. first thing to do is lower it.

i'm not sure if i like it or not, it looks well cared for, except for the mesh in the front, and the fact that it's on stilts?

What have you done to that poor Panda! The wheels look good but what's with the horrid splitter and stupid exhaust trim! I like the colour though and the condition isn't bad but why chav it up???

thats a nicee lookin panda;) how did you make the bumper?? looks v gd(y)!!

can you gt 60mm lowerin springs?? there are 40mm's on ebay im gunna invest in a set

The form read thus:

I'm presuming this means the vehicle is indeed "out of time"! (tho I checked my scrapped mk1 Escort and it came up with the last due date for the tax!)

Normally means one of several things. Cherished plate moved to/from car, car has been exported it.

Basically its been deregistered for some reason. Normally stay registered on DVLA system after scrapped / written off, hence why they say for some cars, date of liability back years back. That was roughly when they were scrapped etc (y)

Very nice, liking the bumpers matching the rest of the car. Where'd you get the scoop / vents on the bonnet from?

The owner of the Panda at the top of this thread was last on the forum March 2007 so probably don't hold your breath for any info from him;) The vent on the bonnet is a standard factory part I think, a few folks on here have tracked them down. Possibly a Sisley bit??? They had them on but I'm not sure if that's the same design.

Cheers for that, I must admit I didn't notice how old this thread was

I'll pay more attention to detail in the future, haha...
