Plans i have are maybe different wheels, either Pro race 1.2's in gloss black or pro race 3's in black or silver, maybe someone is kind enough to do a photoshop for me :D?

Different exhaust but not sure if i like the sound of the ragazzon and not keen on the marelli one. Has anybody heard what the supersprint sounds like?

I'm planning on changing the dampers as i reckon the standard ones a underdamped compared to the spring rates, i would love to change them to Bilstein B6's but i can't find any place who sell them, i don't evan know if bilstein make a kit for the 100hp. Any ideas on any other makes would be appriciated. As i'd like to sort this out asap.

I've had a look at what Induction kits are around and it looks like there are either a replacement panal filter, BMC CDA kit, or the GSR induction kit.

I've read that the GSR gives the better gains but i'm a bit worried about heat soak because i've had a good look in the engine bay and there is not really a direct source of air coming in, it looks like all the grills are solid and i don't think this would do the filter any good. Unless i can be proven wrong of course...

Has anybody put a rear anti-roll bar on the panda yet? Maybe that will improve the front grip a bit more when cornering hard.

Rob

I reckon it would be a lot of work to put a rear ARB on a Panda, as you'll need the whole rear torsion beam etc from the 500/Ka, then you'll need to mess around with spring rates and dampers to match it.

I'd be more worried about water ingression with the GSR. But there are alternatives I believe that don't have such a low mounting point.

Heat soak on the air filter is a lot less crucial than you might think in all honesty. Maybe an inline filter that picks up from the existing grill mount would suffice, or maybe just try a panel filter replacement. You aren't realistically going to see significant gains from an air filter.

Not sure where you are but if I was going to get an exhaust I'd go to jpexhausts.co.uk in Macclesfield and get them to make a system to spec for you. Excellent quality IME, far better than what you get with aftermarket systems. Plus you get to decide how you want it to sound and look.

Nice looking motor!

But please please please make sure you inform your insurer if you change any parts for aftermarket items such as wheels, exhaust, induction or suspension. They will tax you for mods (how much depends on your form, age and the specific insurer). Otherwise you may as well pay nothing as you'd not be insured in many accident situations.

Thanks for your reply.

I've been looking around and cannot find any dampers spacifically for the Panda 100hp so might have to change my ideas so i'm looking into the KW variant 1 coilovers, Anybody got these on a panda 100hp?

Macclesfield is almost a 3 hour drive so bit of a drive lol. Any decent custom exhaust places near Bristol?

The standard grill intake is so restrictive because there is something blocking the flow of air, i will have a play around today and see what i can do to make it less restrictive.

Trefor: It sounds to me that you've had a bad experience from not declaring mods?

No he has probably read a lot of stories about people who thought they would get away with it only to find their insurance was invalid.

That looks very nice. (y)
Insurance companies are bugas these days, and if they can find anything with the car you have not told them about will not pay out in the event of a claim. Better safe than sorry mate

I have and always will declar any mods.

Also just make sure everything else is legit in terms of regs of use, then if a cop stops you you have the satisifcation of wasting his time :worship:

PS It is a nice car, I would be inclined to keep any mods sublte because the 100HP is a rare bread.
