whenI got the sunroof removed from mine all those years ago the panelbeater reckoned it would have been easier to throw in a whole panel rather than just the patch where the sunroof was, trouble being there wasn't many wrecked standard uno's floating around so I made him do the patch instead.
Putting a whole panel in strengthens the car too.

I've lost count of the number of Uno shells I've seen crushed that had good roof panels, so shouldn't be a problem to find today. Interesting how the cost of parts varies as the cars become old. I remember when suspension control arms were over $250 each (1996). Then they went down to $100 or even $70, but I imagine they'll go back up again as they become harder to get.
