You did not forget your wallet when you were at the dealers! Mine is the 75bhp - was thinking it may be a bit low on the power! But 2.1 mpg it must be working a bit hard! Lol

did you get a good discount?? My van booked at £18,100 with my xtras! With discount it was £13,000
I had a test drive in Chesterfield and followed up a link I found on the internet where I had a list of options that added up a tally of costs on the page. Miraculously they are based about 100 yards from the
place where I drove the Fiorino.
I think it was about £3000 under the full list price but does anyone pay that?
The 2.1 mpg is a funny one..it had 14 miles on the clock so I drove to the gym (12 miles) and brimmed it at a Shell garage there (to get my points!) and have been counting miles ever since that one. It's hard to enter the first fill up as there was 'some' gas in there to start with. It might well give an inaccurate reading for ever more given that the first one looks so low. Fuelly allows you to edit details of each entry. I could try guessing the level I first had and seeing how many miles I go to ¼ full and adding that mileage onto the total. It'll even out better from that than 2.1 mpg - that's more like a Chieftain Tank!
The 75PS engine is quite nippy - there's a lot more underfoot still to unleash but I'm being gentle for at least the first 1000 miles though I can feel it has some ooomph. I wanted a 95PS engine but the auto box isn't available on the 95.
A couple of niggles which are no doubt things I'll get used to or seek assistance here to sort out if they can be.
1. The Lock/Unlock alarm beep. Far too loud and if I could disable it I'd go and do it right now. I rather like the *tchk-tchk* that cars on TV do though I doubt any car does that in real life.
A sheep bleat would be preferable to what it does at present :woot:
2. The dash lights could do with being on at startup as the dials are all black and the lines of detail are spidery white so they aren't clear for glancing into when having the contrast of the great outside in the windscreen. This is where you really need a wiring diagram (and a Haynes manual)
3. WHY WHY WHY does the radio go off when you turn the engine off? That is SO annoying. Then you press the on switch again and it stays on for 20 minutes and goes off again. What if I'm having my lunch? That's worth a :bang:
4. Luigi says you can arrange for the sidelights to come on with the ignition but as yet I haven't found that in the Menu options.
Now Luigi, if DRLs are on with no lights and go off or dim when you activate any lights from the switch, why would you want the sidelights on at startup as that would immediately knock off the DRLs
5. As mentioned before - where is my 6th gear?
6. I don't think there is a No. 6 (yet) and I can't edit this post to add one after about an hour of it being posted.
Happy with it so far anyway although the Auto setting on the gearbox is a little presumptuous at changing up in the wrong place and not letting you go down a hill in 5th, it cogs down to 4th or even 3rd. I suppose since there is no fuel being used when you go downhill without the gas on, it's using the engine as a brake. I was always asked by my driving instructor if going down a steep hill and changing to too low a gear, "Which is cheaper to replace, a set of brake pads or a gearbox?" I'll ask that of Blue & Me next time it happens. It's totally cool to press a button on the steering wheel and call out a name in my phone and it rings it
