Punto (Mk2/2b) Munkul's thread

Introduction

well, i put a deposit down on a 52 plate Mk2 today, very happy!

its in very nice condition, standard, no signs of crash damage or owt, the only bits were a slight ding in the passenger side rear arch, and slightly kerbed alloys :)

well i think it will be an ongoing project, as long as its reliable enough!

the interior pic is quite rubbish, but the seats still look a little dirty  apparently a common problem....

i get to pick it up on saturday the 5th jan, it getting MOTed by dealer, etc

i cant wait
:yeahthat:(y)

if you have a car that can shove ALL its power at once round any corner (all 80-odd hp in this case ) and live in an area that has more corners than straights, youre onto a winner :slayer::p

Yeah or a car with a more powerfull version of that engine that weighs less :D. Needless to say I love driving up in the peak district makes me get a semi on lol. :slayer::devil:

started on the headlights last night (it wasnt supposed to happen, but i got new headlight and just HAD to do both) so that probably contributed to my high pressure nosebleed this morning:rolleyes:

this coming monday if everything goes as planned (y)

its strange, both headlights misted up on me something fierce yesterday, but took the backs off them, refitted em and now its fine again  never had bother with misting up previously....

Just a dodgy seal depending on how they are put back together, I ended up putting silica gel pouches in the N/S headlight of my old mk2 just to stop it misting.
