General multipla wont turnover

i changed the injector on my fiat multipla to save garage costs now when i turn key fuel pump starts up dish lights all work but wont turn over is there some way it has gone into a safe mode or something ive been checking things on it for about 6 hours now and still totaly lost for ideas can anyone please help

Either you have a fault with the starter motor, battery connections or battery flat or possibly if there was alot of fuel spilled out of the injector hole in the fuel rail it may have hydraulicced. Remove the relevant plug and check if you think it could be this. There is no protection on starter circuit.
