General Multipla Tie Rod Drumsticks

Just taken the wifes Multipla to have it tracking done.. the guy at the garage says he cant do it cos some one has mullered the Drumsticks. I rang fiat and they said they only come as part of the Steering rack.. I do not want to have to replace the whole rack.. does anyone know where you can buy replacement drumsticks?

Seen these on ebay I think and wondered what they were!!

Just search multipla inner rod and they are. £20 each delivered
