Hi all!

Im new to the Fiat forum and would appreciate some help.

I have a 2000 Multipla, the rear offside wheel is sitting at an angle. The top of the wheel is pointing inwards noticably more that the other.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Peat.

Do you know if it is an easy job to replace the brearing? Or is it easier to replace the whole radius arm? Also are non-genuine radius arms available?

Cheers

Brian

Hello

Cutting a long story short, one garage local to me told me tales of woe about how the replacement rear arm bearings should be easy to do, but then spent hours having to cut the bolts out for a previous customer

So when my Multipla needed its replaced, I went to another garage - who said yeah, easy job.

But they had to cut the bolt out too.

So I guess it's easy in theory, but not necessarilly in practice?

Hope that helps.

I`ve done two already, one I had to cut the bolt out.

Didn`t have the tools in my garage, so I took it to a workshop.

You can see if it's "easy". Without taking the spring, the shock absorber and anti-roll bar away. Undo the nut from the bolt and try to hammer it loose. If the bolt starts to come out, then you can take the spring, shock and anti-roll bar off and finish the job.
