multipla jtd eleganze slow to pick up

Hi all, When pressing accelerator the car is hesitant to rev slow to pick up but then revs freely once its above 1500 rpm any ideas. thanks

Aye its ur egr valve is stuck open, so its letting exhaust gas into the manifold all the time... At low revs its killin the pickup. Search the forum for info on how to blank it off, its easy, and its an emissions item so its better just blanked off anyways, or if ur fussy u can blank it off to diagnose the problem then either clean/fix the valve or replace
