Technical Multipla grunt

I had to go to France in my 1.6 petrol Multipla and found it a bit under powered on the motorway with my holiday kit. Don't want to go mad, but would like to increase the horses from 105bhp. Anyone got any ideas?

hmmmmm wonder if a 20vt would fit under the bonnet? or an alfa V6?

if you don't want to go mad you could consider a remap and induction kit perhaps, though i don't know if the gains would be that great.

its a 1.6 in a multipla so you need to be realistic. if you had the JTD then i'd defiantely say a remap is worthwhile, but on the 1.6 it isnt.

I know someone here in Norway are messing about with plans for a Multipla 20VT. So far it even seems as it's possible to get plates on it, so it certainly should be possible in the UK
