Hi folks,I own a 1.9jtd Multipla and my aircon has'nt worked for approx 8-9 months. Due to the heatwave we are having I decided to get it sorted. A mobile aircon engineer came out and serviced the Multipla checked for leaks,vacuumed the compressor then oiled and re-gased it etc and to my relief all was good!!(just an empty gas chamber) I paid £45 and that was that
,unfortunately later that day on parking up after using the aircon for approx 2hours I could hear a hiss!! I opened the bonnet to find oil&gas coming from the inlet valve (one used for high pressure gas input red) I called the engineer out again, thankfully he did another check and said valve must be faulty!! and he has checked all his spares but does'nt have one to fit :bang: If I can get one he will fit it for £20 and re-gas it But heres the problem nobody appears to have this valve as a spare and Fiat want £70+vat for a complete hose PLEASE any contacts from any one with access to these spares greatly appreciated££££££££waiting!!
