Technical Multipla 1.9 jtd heater

Blower Heater starts when it wants on its own when dial turned on, then stops on its own. It could be off the whole day then in morning turn car over it starts, then few minutes later off for the whole day again. On dash i only get 2 bars and only once have i had 3 for the temp, is this normal reading. Bloody cold car to drive have to wear ski gear to keep warm. Any ideas plzzzz.

Allow me,
Regarding your heater fan not blowing air:

Regarding your heater not being hot try here:

This forum does keep all the old posts from Multipla owners. Using the search function at the top will throw up all the common problems/questions and unusual things people have discussed in the past. I use this and find the most relevant one that is closest to my problem then add to it with my solutions. I find then the next person to search has all the information in one post rather than lots of little ones.

Ok I've just found the thread about blanking off your radiator, this might help with making your car warmer when you actually get the fan working. You might see taxi's going round in the winter with what looks like silver foil on the grill or cardboard thats what Peat is on about. If you think Multi's are cold you should try owning a cab I have (hence the name).

Thanks so much for the info Taxiadam. Us women are useless. But I sent it to auto spark I gave him a list this is what i put on it and he still could not fix it. Heater was tested fuses and wires that were visable all ok. He didnt go behind the dash.

Ok, head lights turned off the glow appears around the three heater dials and aircon lights come on to, when turned on. When head lights are are tuned on they all go off.
The reading for the outside tempreture has stopped appearing on the dash also. I am puzzled.

Oh yes as I stated at the start the heater coming on and off when it suited its self, now it does not come on at all any more. Im warmer driving my motorbike. LOL
