Got my mot on Sat. 2004 jtd. Just treated the ug bug to a set of new Goodyear tyres. Hope she passes. They are very thorough over here in northern Ireland.

Mechanic has not yet brought car back. I can only think that:

a) He's run off with it & sold it for drink (only 1 pint, it's not worth much more)

b) It passed & he's fainted.

c) It has failed massively, he's had to shoot it & he can't bring himself to tell me.

One driveshaft gaiter was replaced.

Blimey. Cheapest MoT test it's had in years...
