I've been pondering this for a while now and I'm stumped.
Is it possible to convert a Multipla to Disks all the way round. I ask as when I had my map, obviously I had more go, thus reducing the efficiency of the braking system and taking longer to stop.
Is it possible to remove the two drums and replace with calipers?
Has this already been done?
If so, what would be required to do the job? Would I need to update servos, cylinders etc?
Any guestimates on cost?

I had a 52 plate Multi and this had disks on the rear, I believe this was only done for a couple of years as there were issues with calipers seizing, etc.
Given that about 80% of the braking force is on the front wheels, I wouldn't bother with the rears, I'd look at changing the front brake pads to a slightly softer compound (EBC Greenstuff?).
