It's not you, it's the V8's software. The V8 uses a different software (linux based) than the other Moto phones (V3, V9, SLVR L6, L7, K3 - which all works perfectly with Blue&Me). There are many complaints over the Italian Grandepuntoclub.com. Some have no problems at all, others have the same issues you have experienced. Try to update the V8’s firmware software (if there is any), or switch to another phone if you can.
