Technical mot fail!! please help

my 2006 multipla failed the mot last week, i need a front suspension craddle and a rear suspension beam. im having no luck finding the parts. anybody know roughly how much they will cost? i need to have an idea wether to scrap it or put more money into it. thanks in advance

At a guess, I'd say it's the front and rear subframes. Which isn't very good especially for a 2006 car. Not heard of a front subframe failing before either.

I'm breaking one, it's a 2004 model. You could swap the whole rear axle over complete, it's a drum brake model rather than disc.

You can have the rear subframe and front cradle for £200.
