Technical modified cam shaft for uno1100 fire

hi all has any one modified there cam on a kinda standerd 1100 uno , i have a free flow , and banana branches , and a cone filter , and now id like to get my cam cut to a 275 , has any1 done so or think it will give the car a decent amount of extra power i can get it all done for R1400
