Hmm, how much would you's say they cost though? all brand new tyres. This is the part im tempted at. Even if they dont look nice, I could sell for a hefty profit.

Those Blades/Claws can go for £300+ with good tyres and decent/non-curbed condition from what I've seen on eBay and other places. Aftermarket's though it can be hard to say - often depends on taste, brand, quality, etc. I was looking at a set of 18s with decent tyres and they were £250 iirc, missed out on the sale as I'd forgotten about the end time lol

The woman's wanting 150 quid for the set, which if you ask me is a bargain, even if I didn't like them eventually I could sell for profit... And yeah @jatkinson I didn't know about them, I was really tied between the fact they are 17s. I love the style of them personally but in a 15/16 inch they would be perfect.

if the tyres are mint then worth it for them but i dont tihnk the wheels will look right. and remember she will be selling at that price for a reason. if she could get more i expect she would.

They look mint. I'm gonna give em a miss. Keep looking for a set of 15/16s. Might spend the funding for the alloys on angel eyes - due to my stock headlights having that nasty misty look. :/ Any more suggestions of things to do guys n gals?

just my opinion but i think tinted rear lights look better on silver cars than chrome lexus style ones..

Yeah I agree mate. These are only temp until I can get a set and tint them well due to my old ones being ruined due to the leak in the car(came from the rear) I personally don't mind the lexus style lights, I know they're considered neddy etc, but they were free and will do until I get new ones. I was thinking mk2b lights anyways. I attempted to use some tint spray on my old ones to see how well they would turn out but it became runny, and was a lost cause. I've heard you can use a tint film on lights? Any suggestions lads?

I've heard Fly Eyes kits can be good... http://www.flyeyeskit.co.uk/ ...think they sell on eBay as well. Never had any real practical experience with them but I think Clock (Steve) did on one his Cento's. From what I've seen though, they look fairly straight forward to put on and remove but with films like that, I know how wrong they can go

Took a trip to the scrappies today just to get out of studying, found a stilo splitter in good condition, £15. And was trying to find a set of alloys, possibly mk2 standard ones and eventually found a set on a mk2b - 150 quid. Will get the cash hopefully next week, but hopefully for cupar. :)

It does have varying colour darkness. I like how it can go over reflectors too, that was one of the things I didn't like about using the spray, you had to mask off the reflectors at the bottom. I shall be getting this once I get the mk2B lights. Thanks alot Muppet :)

dead easy but they dont last forever... 5-6month mabee and it starts looking abit rough, it is as easy to fit as the vid says but you want to take care all the same. if you touch the glue with your fingres it wont stick propper
