So i took the head unit out to check the wires etc and you no the black like junction box what pushes in the back off the head unit, the red wire is hanging out of the junction box its a bare red wire all the rest are fine thers no connecter on the end etc i don't no where it goes what can i do to get the head unit working again pictuers would help because im a novice :). Or can i buy a new adapter?

many thanks jay

red is a live wire and thats probly why it aint working, you can get another lead from a car spares shop, cost about 12 quid, but the leads are available on ebay for around 6 quid. other then that, find out which one your red wire has fell out of and shove it back in. is it bare wire or does it have a little metal thing on the end?
