Technical mk1 punto tyre pressures

hello i have just had a new tyre fitted today on my punto but i thnk there is to much air in it as my front end feels abit light whats the recommended tyre pressures for 165/65/r14 ?

also not related to topic but i have a ht lead stuck and it doesnt seen to want to come off the plug what can i do to get this off ?
