Or just get a Marea 1.6 16 throttle body from the scrap yard for £15 - which actually has a a larger butterfuly.

One trick that seemed to work in the olden days was to slab the sides of the throttle spindle, which increases area when the throttle is fully opened.

But that would require a chip and remap to make any kind of "safe" benefit after fitting. Otherwise you run the risk of leaning the engine out.

I ran a wideband on a conversion with the 1.6 body and on load it was leaning out to 16.5 on the AFR. Shouldn't be any higher than 14-15 at the max.

Back to the point.

Trying to sell an honest poduct here, I have a reputation to maintain. By ebay guidelines remanufactured means "stripped, cleaned, replacement/removal of damaged parts".

Item has been stripped, cleaned, tweaked, and the damaged faulty sensors removed.
