Hi all

I was wondering if someone could tell me the exact start date that the mk2 bravo was being sold from, was it the very start of the T reg's in 1999?

The other question i have is regarding colours. I am looking to buy a Black Mk 2 1.2 Bravo 80 - did they do this car in black right from the beginning? The earliest second hand black 80 I can find is a 2000 model

The Mk2 was launched with the start of T-Reg.

But some Mk1's were still sold for a few weeks with T Plates.

i think if its an 80 its a mk2. It replaced the 1.4 mk1.

Definitely a MkII if it is an 80 as the previous respondant was right that the 80 replaced the 1.4.

These came in at T reg, the most distinctive identifier is the badge on the radiator grille, they seem to be a bit more chrome on the mkII's.

Mines a MkII T reg 80sx from March 99 in Black ink or ink black.
