Technical missing wire

hi i have just replaced my 899 cinq enging with a newer one out of a sei and i am having problems rewiring the engine back up

i have got one big wire going to small bolt on alternator and big bolt on starter motor these look ok

i have one wire that splits to go to top of engine, a plug into alternator, and small starter motor bolt looks ok

but there is wire that splits one end goes to side of radiator actuly inside of radiator themomoter of something but i cant find where the other end goes it has a plastic plug connector on it can anyone tell me where this goes??
it could fit into alternator but then i have still a spare wire

any help much appreciated as i cant wait to get this engine going

is it a single wire? Is it the oil pressure sensor wire. For some reason a lot of people have a blind spot for that cable. i dont know the 899 layout very well, so thats me done im affriad.

dont think so one wire splits one end goes to side of radiator
dont know were other goes it has a plastic bit on end to push into something im going to have another look now cheers
