General Missing Sim Card adapter

Just taken delivery of Stilo Abarth 5 door and have been trying to find the Sim Card Adapter. Should there be one with the car or do I have to buy one?

It's defintley not in the radio is it. Push in it and it should pop out, Its credit card size. And if not it should come with the car
