General missing parts??

i've just got my quikshift induction kit, it includes the cone, brackets,small metal tube, flimsy air feed duct and a couple of jubilee clips... to me, it looks like i'm missing a breather hose and intake pipe,compared to the K&N one. There's no way it'll fit with what they've sent me.
Or am I being dumb?

ok, forget that, i was dumb :I ... spent all morning rushing around Bristol going to hose factories and car shops, came home with bits n pieces to make the kit, then had another look at the very poor instructions, and realised it was a different set up to the K&N.

with the quikshift one, you remove the airbox NOT the intake hose... had to make my own bracket cuz it woulda shaken and broken the intake hose.. had a test drive, sounds great now, feels better now, and heads turnes to see what the burblin's all about ...i would recommend motorsportworld.co.uk

i dont understand......with k&n kits, u do remove the whole airbox. Doesnt the new air filter just clip round the throttle neck?

Yeah theres a litte pipe thing that goes into the filter too think its a sensor or a vacuum hose or summit :I

with this quikshift one, you remove the airbox but not the inlet airduct assembly (the one with three connections to the resonator).. it doesn't clamp onto the throttle housing, but to the end of the hose where the airbox was.

i'll get a photo and post it once i work out how
