Technical Misfire

Hi all, changed the 4th coil a few months back as it was missfiring in 4th 5th and 6th gear l, but now it's missfiring in 2nd 3rd and 4th gear as far as I know, any ideas which coil it could be?

Thanks Rob, I floored it and kept my foot down until the EML came on and my obd read the code and it is cylinder 1

the problem could be in the sparks...when were they changed and are they original?
