Technical misfire

hello everybody. thanks for answers regarding high emissions.
after checking everything or so i thought, i bought some ht lead testers from halfords. when connected i can see blue sparks from last 2 spark plugs on right of engine.too late now to buy new plugs and leads but can anyone tell me if this should cure problem or is this sparking some other fault.
the sparks jump from spark plug to cylinder head.
please help. mot tomorrow.

Leads. As in, you need new ones.

If the spark is jumping about outside the engine, it isn't getting inside the engine, so those cylinders aren't firing.
