Hi all my car developed a misfire on the throttle body after I threw in 500 petrol in the tank drove home and started it the next day to go to work and I heard a bubbling like a misfire in the exhaust when I out car in reverse and apply throttle its like something is holding it back car can accelerate to 100kmh but won't go past that with a slight vibration no backfire or anything.
I changed the throttle body with a 2nd hand one from another car and it fixed the issue then few days later about 300km it came back again same as before won't go past 100km and completely loss of power at 5 th gear.
I would appreciate any and all advise to correctly diagnose before throwing money at parts. I had checked all plugs are firing and are black doesn't seem to be overfueling but has a slight smell of fuel when idling a short time but completely stops after a short drive.
