Can anybody enlighten me about adding a CD changer to my bravo?

I currently have a Sony CDX-T69 changer on order (following the advice of many of you wonderful people) but was just curious as to whether you can add a Minidisc changer as well, because I have a rather large collection of CD's AND Minidiscs...
I haven't even looked for the CD cable in the boot yet, but thought i'd ask.

anyone have any ideas?

Best advice

Best thing to do:
Cancel the order.
Contact me.
Buy my Sony MiniDisc head Unit, 10 disc CD changer and joystick remote control off me!
I'll fit for free too if at chrimbo meet or local!!
I'm desperate to fund my new stereo and need to rid of mine.

Re: Best advice

Sony do a device for cascading up to 6 MD/CD changers. I can't remember its part number but I'm sure a trawl around the Sony web site or the usenet groups (www.dejanews.com) will turn it up. Then you just have to check its compatible with your head unit!
Keep an eye on ebay for minidisc changers and the Sony cascader - they turn up occasionally.

Re: Re: Best advice

I also have a Minidisk Head Unit and CD Changer.

Sony do make a cascade device for connecting multiple changers to a head unit, but not sure if it will work, and if it does how well. I know with the standard Bravo (Grundig) head unit that you can put a 10 disc changer on it but are only able to access discs 7-10 by playing the end of the disc before, not by selecting them directly. If the Sony cascader works you may have to select them in this way which would be a real pain.

My best advice would be to contact Connects2 (http://www.connects2.co.uk) as they make the adaptor devices to make the CD and MD changers work with Original manufacturer head units. If anyone's done it they have and i'm sure they would be happy to help.. :)
