Mine's arrived at the dealer, not had it fitted yet (pointless post or what!).
I have the same problem with mine. Everyone says that they can't hear me no matter what speed I am doing.
I am going to complain to the dealers about this and other problems. The other problems are mainly to do with the dealer and not the car.
First check your settings,
I phoned the garage who said to try someone else's phone first before I call them back - am trying hubbie's phone tonight (diff handset, diff network) to prove that hopefully it's the car microphone not my phone.
I will do. Going to call them in the morning - you haven't got the number for the service department have you? I've only dealt with the salesman there and have no contact or phone number for service.
Mine is not working at all now - she just shouts at me and if I ring anyone no-one can hear - tried it again just now.
